Job summary

Qualifications

• People person with charm and energy to call and contact clients.
• Client relationship-building and communication skills, including confident presentation abilities.
• Knowledge or interest in event management, branding, and audio-visual or production services.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Experience in events, media, hospitality, or marketing in corporate/B2B environments is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline or equivalent sales experience.
• On-site work in WP Kuala Lumpur with cross-functional collaboration; some after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and promote the company’s event management, thematic, and production services.
• Prospecting and cold outreach; coordinate with operations and production for delivery.
• Manage ongoing account servicing to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends in events, branding, and entertainment to support consultative selling.
