GGC Genting Golf Course Bhd is seeking an Event & Sales Executive to drive sales of event spaces and services, build client relationships, and execute successful events at Genting Malaysia Berhad facilities.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities for events, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating all event aspects from inquiry to post-event follow-up. Collaboration with F&B, Operations, and Marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years event sales experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business for events, conferences, and banquets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Coordinate event planning from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with F&B, Operations, and Marketing for delivery.
• Conduct site visits and presentations of facilities.
• Stay updated on trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Manage event budgets and profitability.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
