Job summary

The RuMa Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager to drive revenue through the sale and coordination of weddings, corporate meetings, conferences and banquets. You will develop strong client relationships and ensure flawless execution that reflects the hotel's service standards.

You will lead the event sales team, collaborate with operations, culinary and marketing, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding client experiences from inquiry through post-event

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales, wedding sales or banquet sales within a hotel, resort, or event venue environment.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling both corporate and social events is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
