Job summary

IGMAX ART SDN BHD is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to develop and execute display concepts for shopping malls, festive events and commercial spaces across Malaysia. Translate KV/design concepts into practical and attractive visual displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Key duties include planning entrances, display areas, props, lighting and signage; coordinating with designers, project coordinators, fabricators and contractors; supervising installation and on-site styling

Responsibilities

• Plan and style entrances, display areas, props, festive installations, signage and decorative elements
• Assist in space planning, display layout and visual presentation
• Select suitable props, materials, colours, lighting and decorative elements
• Prepare visual references, mood boards and presentation materials
• Work closely with designers, project coordinators, fabricators and contractors
• Conduct site visits and supervise installation / setup
• Ensure the final installation follows the approved design and maintains good visual quality
• Carry out on-site styling, adjustment and touch-up when required
• Keep up with current design, festive decoration and visual merchandising trends
• Ensure projects are completed according to timeline, quality and client requirements
