Job summary

The Precious Seed Management Sdn. Bhd. (Just Pets Megastore) in Petaling is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate product presentation and store aesthetics.

You will translate brand identity into compelling retail spaces, plan displays, and collaborate with store teams to implement concepts.

Experience in retail design and familiarity with lifestyle/pet brands is a plus; freelancers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Styling, Brand Visualisation or related fields.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, colour coordination and product presentation.
• Able to understand and translate a brand's identity into a physical retail environment.
• Experience with retail stores, lifestyle brands, pet stores, fashion, beauty or similar industries is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and propose creative yet practical ideas.
• Freelancers, consultants and experienced Visual Merchandisers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve the overall visual presentation and product displays within Just Pets Megastore.
• Develop attractive and practical product arrangements that enhance customer experience and encourage sales.
• Create visual merchandising concepts and display guidelines that reflect the Just Pets Megastore brand and corporate identity.
• Plan and improve key display areas, promotional spaces, feature zones and seasonal displays.
• Recommend suitable layouts, product grouping, signage and visual elements to create a more consistent and appealing store environment.
• Work with the management and store team to implement the proposed merchandising concepts.
• Provide simple guidelines or recommendations for the team to maintain the visual standards after implementation.
