Job summary

Sunway Winstar is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Display Setup professional in Malaysia to design, install, and refresh store displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

You will monitor stock for on-view merchandise, coordinate replenishment, and optimize layouts to improve traffic flow and highlight promotions. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential to implement displays and POS materials across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity with a sharp eye for design and detail.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with visual merchandising tools (e.g., CAD software, Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer/store locations for display setup and maintenance.
