Job summary

MICE Experience Asia Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a dynamic Project Executive to join our events team. The role focuses on coordinating corporate events, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, with hands-on involvement from concept to on-site execution.

You will work with clients, hotels, venues and suppliers; manage budgets and timelines; and ensure a smooth guest experience during high-profile events.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Tourism, Business Management or a related field.
• Experience in hospitality, events, MICE or project management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel and work during events, including weekends or after hours.
• Creative thinking and eye for design, styling, presentation and details.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE).
• Manage event projects from concept development and planning through to on-site execution.
• Coordinate with clients, hotels, venues, suppliers, vendors and event partners.
• Assist with venue sourcing, site inspections, event setup and logistics.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, meals and guest arrangements.
• Prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations, budgets, schedules and other project documentation.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed according to client requirements.
• Support on-site event operations and ensure a smooth and professional guest experience.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and supplier deliverables.
• Resolve operational issues and provide quick, practical solutions during events.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, hotels and other industry partners.

• Creative thinking and a good eye for design, styling, presentation and details will be a strong advantage.
