Job summary

Pickle Pong Club is seeking an Event Manager to plan and execute tournaments, workshops, camps and community events. You will coordinate schedules, venues, coaches, referees and staff, and manage registrations and communications. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in Event Management or related fields, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Weekend work may be required during events. Fresh graduates with relevant event experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Event Management, Events, Marketing, Sports or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident dealing with customers, companies and schools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise tournaments, workshops, camps and community events.
• Coordinate schedules, venues, coaches, referees and staff.
• Prepare event checklists, participant lists and event materials.
• Manage event-day operations from setup to completion.
• Handle enquiries from schools, companies and organisations.
• Prepare event proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate team-building activities, tournaments and sports programmes.
• Plan event promotions with the marketing team.
• Manage registrations and participant communication.
• Lead staff and coaches during events.
