Job summary

Oriental Kedah Realty is seeking an events coordinator to plan and execute company events, launches, roadshows and promotional activities across Kedah and neighboring states. This role requires coordinating with venues, vendors and internal teams to deliver compelling guest experiences.

You will manage budgets, schedules and on-site operations from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with travel to multiple project locations in Kedah, Penang and Perak as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate company events, property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Manage event preparation, including venue arrangements, event setup, decorations, equipment, materials and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare event schedules, budgets, proposals and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate on-site event operations and ensure all activities run according to schedule.
• Assist in organizing internal company functions, staff activities, annual dinners, team building and corporate events.
• Monitor event expenses, track budgets and prepare post-event reports and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve event engagement, customer experience and promotional effectiveness.
• Handle unexpected issues and provide solutions during event preparation and execution.
• Travel to different project locations across Kedah, Penang and Perak when required.
