Job summary

Oriental Kedah Realty is seeking a Sales Admin to help clients find suitable properties and manage the sales process from enquiry to completion. You will identify buyers and sellers, tailor property recommendations, arrange viewings, present properties, and support marketing activities.

You will maintain relationships and assist with documentation to close sales. Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, six days a week with one weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with property selections and explain purchasing processes
• Identify and follow up with potential buyers and property sellers
• Schedule property viewings and conduct presentations/site visits
• Support marketing activities and promotions for property projects
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads to meet sales targets
• Coordinate documentation assistance and ensure smooth transaction flow

Job description

As a Sale Admin, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding suitable properties and managing the sales process from enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

Identify and follow up with potential buyers and property sellers

Understand customers' property needs, preferences and budget

Introduce suitable property projects and arrange property viewings

Conduct property presentations and site visits

Participate in marketing activities, roadshows and promotional events

Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships

Assist customers with the necessary documentation and purchasing process

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Build and maintain a strong customer network to generate new sales opportunities

Working Hour

9.00am - 6.00pm

6 days a week (One day off on Weekday)
