Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia in Penang seeks a sales-oriented individual to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. You will actively participate in marketing events and coordinate with financing and insurance partners to support accessories sales.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a minimum SPM qualification. This is a full-time on-site position in Malaysia.

Starting monthly basic salary: RM1,850 + plus various commissions, incentives, and more.

Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving the set sales targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events.
• To ensure excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable, courteous, responsible and efficient service reflecting of the Company’s image.
• To ensure participation for designated preferred partner for Hire-Purchase Financiers, Insurance and Accessories business partners in accordance with Company’s direction
• To adhere to the rules and regulations set by the branches, including punctuality, showroom duties, sales process for registration, etc.

Your Profile:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales is required.
