Job summary

Skywiz Group is hiring a Sales Executive in Malaysia to handle sales enquiries professionally via phone or in-person. You will actively seek potential customers, arrange and accompany them for property viewings, and manage the sale through post-sales steps including signing SPA and payment collection.

You’ll participate in launches, road shows, and promotional events, with training provided for fresh graduates. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries professionally (phone or walk-in).

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Basic + Commission + incentives & allowance (Earn up to RM4000-5500++ Monthly)

Job Responsibility:

To attend to sales enquiry professionally. (Phone or walk in customer)

To actively seek for potential customer.

To arrange and accompany customer for viewing.

To be responsible for the sale up to post sales stage -signing of SPA, collection of differential payment.

Participate sales launches, road shows and promotional events.

Any other duties that may be assigned from management.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active & able to work independently.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Training will be provided)

Possess own transport.

Willing to be on duty on weekends and public holiday.
