Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales customer service.
• Follow up on customer orders, installation appointments, and project progress.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Installation teams.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer information and update records in the system.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other relevant documents.
