Job summary

AMCHARGE SDN BHD is seeking an After Sales Executive to manage customer support, service requests, maintenance, and follow-up after EV charger installations. The role will coordinate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical, or related fields and 1–3 years of post-sales experience. Travel to customer sites may be required; strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical, Customer Service, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in after-sales, customer service, technical support, or related industry.
• Experience in EV charging, electrical, engineering, or construction is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Able to communicate with both customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, service requests, and technical issues after installation.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and service appointments for EV chargers.
• Liaise with technicians and technical teams to arrange site visits and resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on reported faults and ensure issues are resolved within the required timeframe.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service requests, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide customers with updates on service progress and expected completion times.
• Coordinate warranty claims, replacement parts, and equipment repairs.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report them to the technical/engineering team.
• Prepare after-sales reports, service reports, and customer feedback reports.
