The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting and test drives to post-sale follow-up, with support for events and showroom activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: build a high volume of leads and convert to sales to meet targets.
• Customer Engagement: collect and manage customer information for CRM and loyalty.
• Follow-Up & Support: manage showroom visits, test drives, offers, and post-sale check-ins.
• Sales Process & Compliance: handle contracts, documents, trade-ins, and financing with compliance.
• Product & Market Readiness: maintain demo and fleet cars; prepare vehicles for delivery.
• Business Development & Market Expansion: support showroom events, roadshows and new opportunities.
• Collaboration & Performance Improvement: work with stakeholders to optimize processes.
