Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad is urgently hiring an EV Car Sales Advisor for its Glenmarie showroom. The role focuses on guiding customers through the car-buying journey, promoting EVs and conventional cars, and delivering an exceptional showroom and test-drive experience.

The position requires strong sales drive, knowledge of EV technology, and the ability to meet sales targets in a dynamic showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Open to SPM leavers.
• Have sales experience in motor trade industry
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & services industry
• Candidates with own car is an added advantage
• Willing to work long hours
• Able to work at the location as advertised

Responsibilities

• Represent Tan Chong WULING in providing customers with a memorable car-buying experience.
• Promote and sell electric and conventional cars, with a focus on EV features, benefits, and ownership experience.
• Explain EV technology: battery range, charging options, maintenance, and cost savings.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on EV trends, incentives, and competitor offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Comply with company guidelines and procedures.
• Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales targets.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure vehicles are well-presented.
