Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Aftersales Training Lead to design and manage training strategies for dealer networks and service teams. You will develop competency frameworks, plan programs from technician to advisor levels, and ensure alignment with BEV/PHEV technology and warranty processes.

The role emphasizes budget planning, governance, and collaboration with product and factory teams to raise dealer capabilities and customer satisfaction in Malaysia.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 8+ years in relevant field.
• Proven experience in automotive Aftersales training and dealer network development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Aftersales operations, dealer service processes and technician certification.
• Willingness to travel; proficient in MS Office and LMS.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual training plans aligned with Aftersales objectives and dealer expansion.
• Establish competency requirements and priorities for both technical and non-technical staff.
• Manage training resources, programmes and performance.
• Develop technician competency programs from Foundation to Level 4.
• Monitor dealer manpower competency, certifications and gaps.
• Standardise materials, assessments and learning outcomes across the network.
• Coordinate training for new vehicle models, BEV/PHEV systems, and emerging tech.
