You will lead Conversion Representatives, manage daily sales performance, and collaborate with Client Success, Retention, Marketing, and Business Development to accelerate revenue and improve customer lifecycle outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Sales Management with a track record of revenue targets.
• Minimum 3–5 years in relevant sales roles with leadership experience.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion team and drive monthly Net Deposit and FTD targets across markets.
• Develop and execute data-driven sales growth strategies in a high-growth setting.
• Own onboarding frameworks to maximize activation and conversion quality.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Retention, Marketing and Business Development.
• Analyze funnels, forecast pipelines, and optimize performance continuously.
• Manage performance, coach reps, and optimize engagement across international markets.
