FedEx Express in Malaysia is seeking a Legal Compliance & Integrity Specialist II to protect the culture, trust, and integrity of our organization. You’ll handle ethics reports, employee concerns, and potential misconduct, reviewing details and routing matters to the appropriate teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, HR, Compliance or related field and 3–7+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, Employee Relations, operations, logistics, legal, compliance, investigations or related field may substitute degree.
• 3-7+ years of professional experience preferred, strong transferable skills.

Responsabilidades

• Case Intake & Triage: review reports from multiple channels and assess severity and exposure.
• CaseIQ Management & Data Integrity: own end-to-end data integrity of investigation records.
• Categorization & Escalation: categorize cases and ensure proper handling and escalation.
• Program & Project Support: design and deliver training initiatives and process improvements.
