Job summary

Alma Rubber Estates Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Field Conductor (Weeding) to supervise estate operations including weeding, road repairs, manuring, and other tasks directed by the Manager.

You will conduct daily morning briefings, check attendance, update records, provide training, manage stock counts for fertilizers and PPE, and help ensure proper fertilizer application and clean field conditions.

Responsibilities

• 1. Conduct daily morning briefings and check attendance for workers.
• 2. Update the Daily Check Roll and Pinfosys Record.
• 3. Supervise work on the estate, including harvesting, loading, and transportation of FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches), as well as other duties assigned by the Manager.
• 4. Ensure the field is kept tidy and clean (weed control and waste disposal).
• 5. Ensure proper FFB harvesting techniques are followed and that the fruit is ripe.
• 6. Ensure workers carry out tasks in the correct order.
• 7. Ensure maintenance work is completed according to specifications and schedules.
• 8. Provide training to workers.
• 9. Ensure transportation is in good condition and available every day.
• 10. Maintain stock counts for diesel and black oil.
• Field Conductor (Weeding) 1. Perform daily morning briefing and checking attendance for workers.
• 2. Update Daily Check Roll and Pinfosys Record.
• 3. To supervise work done in the estate: - weeding, road repairing, manuring, replanting and other duties and responsibilities directed by the Manager.
• 4. To ensure the field is tidy and clean (Weed control and waste disposal).
• 5. To ensure proper Fertilizer application (Application rate, method and coverage).
• 6. Provide training to the workers.
• 7. Maintain stock count for fertilizer and other chemicals.
• 8. Maintain Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) record.
