Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in environmental and social management systems implementation and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong governance, action-tracking, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with consultants/advisors and translating recommendations into actions.
• Familiarity with ESMS frameworks (IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the ESMS implementation roadmap, ensuring actions, owners and timelines are clearly tracked.
• Establish governance rhythms, progress tracking and escalation processes for commitments.
• Coordinate delivery of environmental and social improvements across policies and operations.
• Act as central coordination point across Sustainability, Risk, Operations, Safety, People, Procurement and advisors.
• Maintain structured documentation and evidence for external reporting and assurance readiness.
