Job summary

EPG Data Center Module Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support Senai, Johor facilities. The role focuses on promoting and maintaining health, safety and environmental standards across operations. You will monitor compliance, deliver training, and contribute to a safe, sustainable workplace.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in EHS, solid knowledge of OSHA regulations, and strong documentation and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of EHS or safety coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies across operations.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments for hazards.
• Prepare EHS documentation and regulatory reports.
• Deliver health and safety training to staff at all levels.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor waste, emissions and resource conservation.
• Promote a strong safety culture with operations teams.
• Liaise with authorities during inspections and audits.
• Analyze EHS data to identify trends for improvement.
• Ensure PPE is maintained and available.
