Job summary

Aismartuallearning is seeking an ESG Data Analyst in Kuala Lumpur with 1–3 years in data roles. You will manage ESG data from multiple units, ensure accuracy, and support Bursa Malaysia–aligned reporting. Hybrid work options available.

You will transform raw data into insights, build dashboards, and help standardize processes with SOPs across departments. This role leads data governance and continuous improvement in sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a data-related or sustainability field.
• 1–3 years in a data-focused role; sustainability reporting a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills & experience with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG data collection from multiple units in Malaysia.
• Ensure data accuracy and audit-readiness with supporting documents.
• Draft and visualize data for annual sustainability reports and adhere to global standards.
• Move towards centralized data systems and develop SOPs for data owners.
