Jora Malaysia is seeking an ESH Coordinator to promote and monitor environmental, safety and health standards across our facilities.
You will conduct inspections, report findings, assist in implementing ESH programs, and liaise with suppliers. Fresh graduates are encouraged; a Diploma in OSH is required and an OSH certification is preferred. Training will be provided to support your development.

Promote ESH awareness through communication, campaigns, and training.
Conduct regular facility inspections and monitor compliance with ESH requirements.
Identify and report ESH findings, hazards, and non-compliance to the Supervisor/HOD.
Assist in implementing ESH programs, improvements, HIRARC, investigations, and audits.
Monitor security and contractors’ activities to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Liaise with departments, suppliers, and service providers on ESH-related matters.
Manage ESH documentation, records, purchasing, stock, and statutory submissions.
Prepare data and reports related to utility usage, scheduled waste, incidents, and other ESH matters.
Assist in conducting investigation/HIRARC/EASI/audit when required with other department representatives.
Perform other duties as assigned and be willing to travel to other company locations when required.
Monitoring all contractors' activities to ensure compliance to company’s ESH requirements.
Update procedures pertaining to ESH as and when required.
Perform other duties as and when required by the Company.
Willing to travel to other location as and when needed by Superior.
Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
OSH Coordinator certification is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO certification systems and related documentation/administration will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Training will be provided where necessary.
