Job summary

Cayman Consulting Center Sdn. Bhd. seeks an ESG Analyst to track global and domestic ESG policies, gather and verify data, and lead ESG reporting efforts. You will support LCAs, manage data pipelines, and engage with rating agencies to optimize ESG scores.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in ESG consulting, strong knowledge of GHG protocols, ISO standards, and hands-on experience with tools like openLCA, SimaPro, and GaBi. Proficiency in Excel/Python is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, Finance, Energy Management, Data Science, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in ESG consulting, carbon accounting, CSR/ESG report writing, or related industry research
• Deep understanding of the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 / ISO 14067 standards, and accounting logic.

Responsibilities

• Track and interpret global and domestic mainstream ESG policies and disclosure standards (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, GRI, HKEX ESG Guidelines).
• Collect, organize, and verify ESG and carbon data; lead writing of ESG reports and sustainability reports.
• Assist or lead LCAs, including data collection, boundary setting, and ISO 14067/14040/44 emission accounting.
• Participate in vendor selection, requirement analysis, data pipeline construction, and testing of ESG data systems.
• Track ESG trends, conduct Double Materiality assessments and climate risk testing (TCFD/TNFD).
• Interface with rating agencies like MSCI, Sustainalytics, CDP to optimize the company's rating.
