Job summary

Big Dutchman is seeking an ESG Data Manager to consolidate data across units, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness for global reports. You will work with Power BI/Tableau, translate complex datasets into actionable insights, and support product PCFs for livestock equipment projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ESG reporting, strong Excel/SQL skills, and familiarity with GRI, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, and ESRS. Based in Malaysia, hybrid collaboration with international teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, ESRS) is preferred.
• Strong data processing, analytics, and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and process datasets across business units for ESG reporting.
• Validate data against invoices and logs to ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure reporting aligns with ESRS/GRI/IFRS standards.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track climate targets.
• Identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate PCFs for products and customer projects.
