Job summary

Finsoft Consulting Sdn Bhd, a CLaaS2SaaS company, is hiring an ERP Customer Support Consultant in Petaling Jaya. You will troubleshoot Epicor ERP issues, optimize usage, and ensure smooth ERP operation for manufacturing clients.

You’ll work with our client teams to resolve problems, perform basic SQL queries, and contribute to knowledge base creation. Fresh graduates are welcome and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for ERP or business systems are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support to customers using Epicor ERP (Kinetic/Classic).
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing and Sales.
• Understand customer business processes and identify root causes of system issues.
• Perform basic SQL queries, BAQ analysis, BPM troubleshooting and system investigations.
• Manage customer support tickets, prioritise cases and ensure timely responses per SLA.
• Coordinate with internal consultants, technical teams and Epicor Support to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct system testing and validation in Test/Pilot environments before Live implementation.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and provide regular updates on outstanding cases.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and product training for continuous improvement.
