Job summary

MeHow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia seeks an Application Support Engineer to provide daily support for the ERP system and business applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements.

You will gather and document requirements, develop end-user training, support RPA, assist in project plans, and create documentation. Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, API development, and SAP familiarity is advantageous; Chinese language is recommended.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in IT/CS or related field.
• 1–2 years in Application/ERP support, software development, or RPA.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge.
• Programming in Java, Python, PHP, etc. advantageous.
• Hands-on API development, integration, and programming experience.
• ERP familiarity (SAP) is a plus.
• Chinese language recommended for liaison with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for the ERP system and business applications.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve user-reported issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements, processes, and specs.
• Develop and deliver end-user and technical training.
• Support RPA by monitoring and troubleshooting bots.
• Assist in project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Use AI tools to improve development efficiency and delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation including manuals and configurations.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance for maintenance and projects.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Management.
