Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee Microsoft ERP implementations. You will manage end-to-end deliveries, build detailed project plans, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading ERP projects (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central) and strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Microsoft ERP projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions (D365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related ERP platforms).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics suite (e.g. D365).
• Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
• Ability to manage project planning, risks, budgets, resources, and client communications.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope/budget.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
