Job summary

Mammoth is seeking a data analytics professional in Malaysia to develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel. You will perform data analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and business growth, and automate recurring reporting with Power Automate.

Collaboration across Sales, Operations and Engineering is essential to align insights with business goals. Strong analytical skills and experience in data governance are required; exposure to machine learning concepts

Qualifications

Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Strong proficiency in PowerBI and Advanced Excel.
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or equivalent.
Working knowledge of at least one programming language (advantageous).
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is desirable.
Exposure to machine learning concepts advantageous.
Experience in supply chain, production, or engineering environments helpful.
Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Perform data analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and business growth.
Automate recurring reporting processes using tools such as Power Automate.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering) to align data with business objectives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Support continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
