Job summary

Spritzer Malaysia is seeking a software professional to join our ERP-focused team in Taiping, Perak. You will develop software, customize Epicor ERP, and build reports and dashboards while working in an Agile environment on-site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor teammates. You will collaborate with business users, run testing, and ensure performance to meet our

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field as listed.
• Minimum three years of software/application development experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, Epicor preferred and manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Must be willing to work at Taiping, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test, and implement required customizations.
• Develop reports and dashboards and perform customization and BPM tasks.
• Analyze business problems to determine sources and options.
• Explain technical requirements to end users and coordinate UAT.
• Administer MS SQL databases and maintain documentation.
• Share knowledge with team and mentor on architecture and standards.
• Ensure system performance supports business needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software/application development.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably Epicor, and manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced Agile development environment.\

• Plan, Test, recommend and implement any required customization.

• Perform analysis on business problem and requirements to determine source and develop options/alternatives.
• Explain and sharing technical requirements and information with end users.
• Coordinate on user acceptance testing.
• Administer MS SQL database.
• Create technical and support documentation.
• Develop, follow, and enforce technical guidelines and processes, such as coding standards.
• Provide knowledge to other team members. Mentor in architecture, standards, best practices, and approaches.
• Assures system performance is adequate to support business needs.
• Prioritized task related to the assigned Role and maintained application documentation in relation to the assigned Role ( Epicor, Integration, OCS).
