Job summary

Toling Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive IT Executive to lead ERP administration, monitor system performance, and research upgrade paths.

This role also serves as a backup for the IT team and provides agile support for daily IT operations, with opportunities to grow into deeper ERP specialization. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in ERP administration, familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on ERP system administration experience required.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience in user/access management, troubleshooting, or configuration support.
• Basic SQL/database/reporting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary ERP administrator, ensuring performance, data integrity, and uptime.
• Create/modify/terminate user accounts; manage roles and security profiles.
• Coordinate system updates, backups, and database maintenance.
• Customize dashboards/reports based on user requests using ERP tooling.
• Diagnose ERP issues and train end-users; document requirements and gaps.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture system limitations and business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors/consultants on discovery, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Evaluate upgrade/improvement paths and prepare management-review summaries.
• Provide coverage for IT operations and offer remote/onsite support as needed.
