Job summary

Toling Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Executive to join our IT team as ERP Administrator, with a strong focus on evaluating our current ERP system’s performance and researching improvement or upgrade paths going forward.

You will also act as a key backup for our IT staff and provide agile support for general IT operations. As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities to expand into process automation and deeper ERP specialization within the group, contributing to efficient

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years hands-on ERP admin experience and general IT support.
• Experience in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics; user/access management and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Act as ERP platform administrator ensuring performance, data integrity and uptime.
• Create/modify user accounts, roles, permissions and security profiles.
• Coordinate updates, backups and database maintenance.
• Modify dashboards and reports using ERP reporting tools.
• Document requirements and liaise with vendors/consultants; gather options.
