Flextronics - The Flex Company in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks a Business Systems Analyst (ERP Finance) to support Finance ERP implementations and global projects. You will work on scoping, requirements gathering, and training for Baan and related sub-systems, with travel across Asia Pacific as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years in Finance Operations, ERP experience with Baan 5 and LN, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset. Local travel and after-hours meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Finance operations experience required.
• Familiar with Month End Closing in ERP environments.
• Experience with Baan (ERP) modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and scope for ERP Finance changes.
• Train key users on Baan Finance module and sub-systems.
• Support go-live and post-live issues across sites in Asia Pacific.
