Job summary

MKA Group is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to support ERP, WMS and POS solutions, leveraging .NET Core, Angular, Ionic and Electron.

You will design, develop, and optimize backend APIs with C#, manage SQL Server databases, and collaborate with product, QA and UI/UX teams.

Bachelor's in a software-related field; strong English; Mandarin preferred; based in Selangor (Puchong), on-site role with opportunities to contribute across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software-related field.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with ERP/POS or business applications is a plus.
• Strong communication in English; Mandarin preferred.

Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-onFull Stack Developerwith strong knowledge and experience inERP systemsto join our growing Technology team.

This role will be supporting to theiDCP Systems Sdn Bhd, as part of MKA Group. Which is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in cloud-based Omnichannel Commerce ERP solutions for retail and distribution businesses across Southeast Asia. https://www.idcp.my.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Design and develop scalable, modular, and reusable software components.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs using .NET Core.
• Develop responsive web, mobile, and desktop applications using Angular, Ionic, and Electron.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database structures.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Assist in software deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
  Participate in R&D and technology evaluation for continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or Point of Sale (POS) system development or other business application development will be an added advantage.
• Experience developing frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience in developing cross-platform applications using Ionic and/or Electron will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with business processes such as Inventory Management, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse Management (WMS), Point of Sale (POS), CRM, and Retail Operations will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and modern software architecture.
• Familiar with state management and component-based frontend development.
  Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments independently while working effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
