Job summary

ASolute Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible, proactive Senior Executive to support daily operations and administrative activities. The role involves coordinating with managers and departments to ensure workflows run smoothly and objectives are met.

You'll assist in ERP system maintenance, gather requirements, test implementations, and help with process improvements. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in administration, business operations, finance, or related areas.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily activities, outstanding matters, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the company's ERP and business management systems.
• Work with users to identify system requirements and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Assist in coordinating system testing, implementation, training, and user support.
• Participate in company projects and support management in achieving project objectives.
