Job summary

TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Equipment Technician to maintain production line equipment and support ramp-up activities in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics and at least 3 years of maintenance experience. You will work on shift, ensuring 5S, quality, EHS compliance and continuous improvement in equipment performance.

Qualifications

Familiar with equipment operation and basic maintenance of production equipment.
Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.
Diploma and major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
Minimum 3 years’ industrial experience with equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet KPIs.
Execute exactly according to Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
Perform PM / CAL of production equipment and tooling.
Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware issues.
Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
Familiar with preventive maintenance (PM) machine.
Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor and Equipment Manager.

1. Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal, work efficiency is 10% higher than technician 1 with same condition.

2. Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.

3. Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.

4. Perform PM / CAL of production equipment and equipment’s tooling.

5. Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.

6. Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.

Familiar in preventive maintenance (PM) machine.
