Job summary

TF AMD MICROELECTRONICS (PENANG) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Penang facility to optimise manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. You will contribute to factory layout, capacity planning, time studies and productivity initiatives.

We welcome fresh graduates; candidates with data analysis, lean methods, and project management skills will be favored. Experience in microelectronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role

As an Industrial Engineer at TF AMD MICROELECTRONICS (PENANG) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in optimising manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency within our Penang-based facility (Bayan Lepas/ Batu Kawan). This full-time position offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance the company's productivity and competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities: -

Factory layout.

Capacity planning.

Time study & time standards.

Productivity improvement project.

Resource optimization

Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning

NPI resources & capacity planning

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for: -

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
