Job summary

TF AMD MICROELECTRONICS (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled professional to lead end-to-end NPI programs, coordinating from planning to shipment delivery.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage customer commitments and ensure milestones are met in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. The role requires strong communication, product/program management skills, and business acumen to enable successful product readiness and production release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years industry experience in semiconductor, NPI, project management, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capability to negotiate deliverables, manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI programs and establish project milestones, execution plan, identify priorities and risk, recovery plan and successful product enablement to production/HVM release.
• Serve as key contact window between customer and internal stakeholders on NPI execution, lead customer meetings, program reviews, align requirements, manage expectations and escalations, drive execution and issue resolution, and ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Equipment/Process/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Logistic, etc, to ensure smooth NPI readiness & execution.
• Drive product & platform enablement, qualification run, equipment & system readiness, test program validation, sample build and customer's engineering activities & shipment request.
• Monitor WIP, yield, cycle time, capacity, and execution performance.
• Support project revenue generation and opportunity.
• Develop Jr. Engineer/PM capability, drive process improvements and implementation to improve NPI execution efficiency.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end TMP NPI Programs, from project planning and system readiness through product enablement, qualification, sample execution, ramp-up, customer requirements and shipment delivery. Drive cross-functional alignment, manage customer commitments, and achieving NPI milestones. This position requires strong communication, product/program management skills and business acumen to drive/deliver critical business milestones

Job Requirements:
