The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and 2–6 years of industrial program management experience, with a solid grasp of semiconductor testing and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of industrial experience in program management.
• Good knowledge of Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.
• Basic equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to build and maintain effective teams.
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of projects within programmatic guidelines.
• Define, generate and review project requirement documentation.
• Coordinate between resource managers and ensure reviews/approvals.
• Train and guide Program Management Analyst and below.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Program Management Analyst/ Senior Program Management Analyst

• Responsible for technical/administrative/operational leadership of a project/mission within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.
• Defines, generates and reviews project requirement documentation.
• Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Train and guide Program Management Analyst and below.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or above or non engineering field.
• 2-6 years’ industrial experience or above in program management.
• Good knowledge of Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.
• Basic equipment operation and maintenance.
• Help build and maintain effective teams.
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
