Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical or equivalent field.
• Good communication skill.
• Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot FFT Die attach machines.
• Troubleshoot with problem solving tools.
• Understand APC and RPA.
• Maintain Equipment Engineering KPIs: MTBA, OEE, downtime, quality, preventive maintenance.
• Support on down machines and assist technicians.
• Support machine improvements for productivity and quality.
• Maintain reliable presence to support operations and team objectives.
