Sandisk in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Equipment Engineer to perform machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and line defect investigations. You will lead improvement projects for OEE, MTBA, and yield, while collaborating with Process and NPI teams on machine and product items.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of Equipment Engineering experience. Strong data analysis, QC skills, and English communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years working experience in Equipment Engineering related.

Responsabilidades

• Machine troubleshooting and perform preventive maintenance.
• Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken.
• Lead KIP projects on machine performance improvement, OEE, MTBA, cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements.
• Work with Process and NPI team on machine and product related items.
• Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
• Prepare 8D and presentation for QAF/RMA cases.
