Job summary

Eastfound Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Pekan Nanas, Johor, is seeking an Administrative Officer/Assistant Engineer to support equipment maintenance planning, coordinate daily repairs, and manage spare parts procurement.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in mechanical/electrical engineering, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred in mechanical engineering; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and components.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with OA and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify item details with related departments and submit PRs for spare parts.
• Handle codes for new inventory items.
• Coordinate with China headquarter and Malaysia teams on purchasing matters.
• Organize and archive technical documents for Equipment Department.
• Periodically audit stock levels of spare parts and related inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
