Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3 years' experience in Semiconductor ATE Tester & Test Handler / Prober platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical writing.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for ATE test systems.
• Develop and fix problems, or create solutions.
• Document and create user manuals and integration/build instructions for Backend Assembly and Test equipment and manufacturing.
• Create Handler recipes and Tester Setup for new devices with good detectability.
• Improve production rates and output quality through best practices.
• Manage cost and time constraints and spare parts maintenance.
• Enhance equipment uptime via innovative approaches.
• Investigate quality issues related to equipment and improve OEE.
• Drive predictive maintenance for sustainable results.
