Infinity8 in Johor Bahru is seeking a Payroll Specialist on a 3.5-month contract to support EOR payroll processes and HR administration with high accuracy. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, client coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Candidate should have 1–3 years in HR admin or payroll, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Malaysia payroll laws. Working hours are standard with a completion bonus at the end of the contract.

Qualifikationen

• Post Graduate Diploma or professional degree in HR, Accounting, or business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Malaysia payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• 1–3 years in HR admin, payroll, or EOR services preferred.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and reliability.

• Onboard and offboard EOR employees and manage contracts and data in payroll systems.
• Run monthly payroll for appointed EOR clients with accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with EOR consultants, finance, and clients on payroll matters and invoicing.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure timely updates per company policies.
