Job summary

Lianhetech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Operations Technician to support routine monitoring and equipment upkeep at our Johor facility. You will follow SOPs, log data in real time, and ensure clean, safe work zones.

Responsibilities include sensor monitoring, reporting anomalies, performing pre- and post-shift handovers, and assisting with emergency response plans as needed. This role emphasizes reliability and precise record-keeping in a busy plant environment.

Qualifications

Job description

· Follow SOPs strictly to conduct operational monitoring of IETS, APCS and SW, and record all monitoring data.

· Report any environmental equipment abnormalities immediately and complete corresponding records.

· Standardize hazardous waste labels and log all waste inbound & outbound inventory data.

· Execute full sampling and sample delivery processes with real-time data recording.

· Perform daily workstation patrols and promptly report any anomalies.

· Conduct routine equipment maintenance per SOPs to ensure stable and reliable operation.

· Undertake daily equipment upkeep and minor repairs.

· Maintain clean and sanitary conditions within assigned work zones.

· Promptly handle all on-site leakage, overflow, dripping and seepage.

· Complete pre-shift inspections and post-shift handovers, fill in shift logs, and brief incoming staff on key operational precautions.

· Support team safety hazard self-inspections and rectify identified risks in a timely manner.

· Assist supervisors in implementing emergency response plans during unexpected incidents.

· Complete other ad-hoc assignments from supervisors.
