Job summary

Sunissa Sdn Bhd in Kedah seeks an Environmental Officer to ensure compliance with the Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974) and DOE regulations, monitor emissions, wastewater, and waste handling, and maintain records.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate monitoring, prepare reports, and drive corrective actions; two years’ experience and a Diploma/ Degree in Environment are preferred; urgent hiring for JETI Kuala Kedah.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in environmental management.
• Good knowledge of EQA 1974 and DOE requirements.
• Familiar with scheduled waste and environmental monitoring.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.
