Private Advertiser seeks an Environmental Engineer to assist in implementing and maintaining the EMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and conducting environmental inspections.

The role supports audits, reporting, and performance monitoring while promoting training and sustainability initiatives across a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and environmental compliance practices.
• DOE Competent Person certification (CePSWaM / CePIETSO) is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Monitor environmental compliance and ensure adherence to applicable environmental regulations.
• Conduct environmental inspections and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support environmental audits, reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
• Assist in environmental training, awareness programs, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor environmental facilities including wastewater treatment, air emission control, and waste management systems.
• Support environmental incident investigation and recommend improvement actions.
• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and external parties on environmental matters.
• Provide technical support for environmental improvement projects and process enhancements.
