Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in environmental management or SHE in petrochemical/chemical sector.
Knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations (EQA) and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and Malaysian regulations.
Monitor environmental compliance across facilities (waste, air, water, emissions).
Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify risks and improvements.
Prepare environmental reports and permits to regulatory authorities in Malaysia.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
