Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd partners with a leading oleochemical producer in Malaysia to recruit a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Executive. The role focuses on developing and enforcing SHE policies, conducting audits, and driving incident investigations to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in OSH or related field, 3–5 years in SHE, and strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a SHE role, ideally within manufacturing or chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 14001 regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees, including emergency response and safety drills.
• Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution control, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization.
